Many today need God, they just don't realise it. They're lost and held captive, but they don't realize that they have a choice. The bad one, leads to bad consequences and visa versa. My latest poem: Bring Me to My knees
Everything's happening so fast,
Each day is lived as if it is my last,
All I remember are the mistakes of the past,
But I know that's not what you see,
This isn't who you want me to be,
So I pray, I beg,
A weakness in my leg,
You're the one that holds my life's keys,
Bring Me to My knees!
I'm broken, and hurting,
This world is so diverting,
My attentions and intention,
I could use some intervention,
I know your concern,
But I'm at a point of no return,
Or so I thought,
I'm feeling distraught,
Bring me to my knees,
I'm lost, nothing left to say,
Decisions in a confusing array,
They say, You're the only way,
You're the truth and life,
You deliver me from strife,
The God of power and might,
I can't keep you in sight,
Bring Me to My knees!
Lost, but not alone,
Hurt-prone,
But isn't everyone?
You died on a cross, you said it is done.
I need you, Jesus,
But you've always been there,
Holding out your hand.
Bring me to my knees.
