As You go throughout your day By Me

You may
Ponder what you shall do today,
Ponder what You might say,
Think of the challenges that lay ahead,
Or the words of yesterday that were said,

You may
Walk past those in need,
Make a donation and sow a seed,
Avoid the cries of widows,
Or turn deaf  to the orphans' crows,

But,
Are you living your life For God?
Are you being guided by His staff and rod,
Are you being like Christ,
Are you testifying of His love that has sufficed,


Are you speaking kindly,
Convicting the wrong,
and praising the right,
Are you leading the astray to where they should be,
Or following the world, ignoring what you see,


Maybe scripture will help you,
Because, you know, it should be the light to what you do.
