Now is the time to go

I just finished a bible plan called Now is the time: a journey through Acts

In Acts 28, Paul and those on the ship go to Rome, coming from the island of Malta. These natives, who were considered barbarians (v. 2), were kind to them. Those that were sick approached Paul and were healed by the power of God. When Paul arrived in Rome, he was not sent to his demise with the other prisoners. Rather, by the _grace_ of God, he was spared. For two years, he awaited Caeser's judgement while under "house arrest". He never stopped preaching the word of God, despite his confinement. From morning to evening, he spoke the Word of God and preached to both Jew and Gentile.

And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.

If now isn't the time to go forth and preach the gospel, than the time will never come. Don't allow restrictions to declare how far you can go. Use what you have. I have my blog, which reaches any who have internet. Don't be afraid of men and their faces, as Our Father told Jeremiah... Go, do all that He commands. Do not fear, for he is with thee. Do not say _I am too young_, For God has called you.

Finding your purpose

In this world,  we face identity crisis in just about everything that we do.
**Finding your purpose can be hard **
What are you good at?
What do you find yourself doing constantly?
Do you enjoy talking to people about their problems?  Maybe you're meant to counsel others.
Do you enjoy drawing like me? Maybe you can use your drawings to express the love of God.

The best way to learn God's calling and purpose for your life,  is to read his word and listen to what He has to say.

The Secret Place Day 4

Psalm 119:4 says Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently

Yahweh commands us to keep his precepts/ rules/ teachings diligently, meaning without fail, with all of yourself. We should work hard as children and disciples of Jesus Christ to keep his commandments. To be diligent, is that no matter what, his commands are written upon your heart and in your mind continually. Go beyond the ten commandments and the new testament principles. Those are important, but seek God deeper and desire for him more. The closer you draw to God, the easier it is to understand and keep his commandments.
