Worship! Its not just singing. Its not just dancing. I think worship is anything that is dedicated to the Lord, and glorifies Him!!

I try and spend time everyday worshipping, but not in ways many would think. Sometimes I'll turn on my music and use my hands and tap my drum (similar to bongos) along... and I dedicate that time to Jesus! You see, anything can be used as worship. While you are cleaning dishes, dedicate that time to Jesus and praise Him while you work, or ask Him to reveal something to you! Go on a walk and give Him your time, and think about His majesty or what He's done in your life! Of course, singing, dancing, praying, and reading your Bible are also great forms of worship!

Whatever it is you decide to do, make sure its Jesus's time, not your own. Take away distractions and make it solely about Him. He doesn't want you distracted, He wants you fully focused on Him! He is always showering love on us, and we always have His full attention... why don't we give Him ours? Dedicate some time away from distractions and worship Jesus today!!

A note to the women

I posted this on G+ a while back and thought I should share here.
Be blessed, girls and women of God.♥
As the woman that God calls you to be, remember to be humble. Too many DIVAS are arising in the body of Christ. Women, submitting to your husband is not being slaves, but rather following the order God has placed in the home. Jehovah is a God of order. Dysfunctional homes and families are on the rise, yet when it is exposed, everyone is upset. Set good examples as mothers, wives, and friends. My mother has taught me this and still is. The best example to have in your life is a good mother.

Cast down imaginations

I typed "imagination" into my Bible App search box today, and many results came up (it's KJV). These scriptures are to reach my point. Feel free to browse your bible and find more. These are copied from my notes.

Evil Imaginations: Cast It Down
♦Genesis 6:5 KJV
And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
♦ Genesis 6:6 KJV
And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
↪It displeases the Lord
♦ Genesis 8:21 KJV
And the Lord smelled a sweet savour; and the Lord said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
↪The imagination of man's heart is evil from youth, doesn't make it right to allow thoughts to enter.

And it shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen them, that this song shall testify against them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which they go about, even now, before I have brought them into the land which I sware.
